Monday, December 5, 2011 Gary, our New Addition

[Jacket: vintage] [Cardigan: Inhabit] [Shirt/dress: Kaniska] [Tights: Target] [Socks: Gap] [Shoes: Eden] [Puppy: Gary]

We have a new addition to the family - Gary, a Border Terrier.  I am in love.  I have wanted a Border Terrier for ages, and I have been scouring a website called Le Bon Coin, essentially a French Craigslist, to find the right one for us.  On Thanksgiving, I saw this little guy's ad and arranged to see him this past Saturday.  So Julian and I traveled to a new part of Paris for us, and sussed him out.  He is 7 months old, originally from Normandy and oh so well-behaved.  He was so calm and so sweet, there was no other choice but to take him home. He follows us around the apartment, with the little pitter patter of puppy paws on the hardwood floor, the happiest noise in Paris.

How happy to have a little buddy to escort you through the streets of Paris. He looks so calm and quiet. We have a puppy also. Our kids got him for us and then they both hit the road.. We have been left with a maniacal dog. You are very lucky. I like your coat.

Congratulations on the newest, gorgeous addition to the family! My bf and I are sooo keen to add a dog to our coupling but have said it'll wait till we get back from Europe. He is just adorable though, and I do love that name! Very practical and cute for a dog. Look forward to getting to know his personality more through your posts.

I like your dog. I thought you couldn't be any cuter in your fancy funky fashion but now you have Gary so possibilities are endless with the cuteness. Great ensemble especially the cardigan!

Congratulations! So jealous, considering the bf and I have wanted a puppy for so long but can't because our apt building doesn't allow dogs :(

Omg! What a sweetheart, so so so cute. I would undoubtedly lose it if I saw him in person, I am the biggest dog person around. And look at how chic you are for a dog walk, definitely a big step up from me schlepping around with Bailey (my lab) in lululemons or sweats haha. Congrats on the new family addition love!

I like what you have done with Gary...his hair is really working for him... the dark grey highlights are stunning ...am I kinda into the whole body leash thing as well...pretty kinky Gaz!...Although, i think the second picture feels too posed for a young pup model like him just starting out kinda premature bluesteel.....i don't know feels a little forced not so natural almost taxidermised like puffy from something about mary.

here is a reference.

keep up the good work gaz...this year paris next year you will be strutting the catwalks of NYC with joelski!
